There are four phases in our method:

Phase One - Evaluate

Consisting of a number of varied activities we use this phase to understand your business, your customers, and how the Web can work for you. We'll interview you and your staff and examine your competition, review your marketing and promotional materials, review your current Web site, and more. We need a better than average understanding of your business to design effectively. Much of this Phase is often completed as part of our first meeting.

Your involvement: Provide marketing materials, promotional materials and your time to meet with us.
Deliverable: Scope Document, Site Outline.

Phase Two - Design

How your site looks and acts are certainly important design components, however, there are many additional aspects to professional site design. Issues such as content management strategies, user-interactivity, search engine optimization, communication capabilities, site navigation, usability across disparate platforms, device independence and the use of XML web services are equally important and need to be considered. A well designed site delivers the functionality your business needs, is visually appropriate for your audience, is simple to use, and incorporates the means to keep content fresh in a cost-effective manner.

Your involvement: Approval of the prototype.
Deliverable: Working prototype with limited content and functionality that can be demonstrated.

Phase Three - Build

Everyone loves it when a good plan comes together and we are no exception. In this phase we assemble all the pieces of the puzzle into one cohesive Web site that meets all of the objectives of our scope document from Phase One. We keep costs low by reusing many of the programming components we have stored in our ever growing code library. Our iterative approach to development lets us test as we go and even alter major design components midstream if there is a compelling reason to do so.

Your involvement: Limited testing during the phase. Final site approval.
Deliverable: Your professional Web site.

Phase Four - Maintain

You need to take your Web site and make it available to the world. You need to keep your content fresh and timely. You need to be always looking at your business, talking with your customers, and modifying your site.
